| Empire Zoysia |

Empire Zyosia has shown an ability to go dormant with drought stress, yet return to great condition quickly after rain. This feature
allows the grass to go long periods without requiring irrigation.
Empire Zoysia is nicknamed the EZ grass. (pronounced Easy)

Showing Empires dense root system. Empire has a massive and dense root system, far more extensive than Couch. These deep, tough rhizomes not only ensure the strongest and easiest to handle turf rolls or slabs but they also provide Empire with its unmatched survivability. It's a strong grass that can take a lot of wear and tear, yet requires very little mowing. Empire Zoysia thrives in hot, humid or desert areas, but also has excellent cold tolerance. It can cope with temperatures from -40°C to +40°C Normal mowing height is 25- 60mm, but can also be mowed down to 12-25mm when maintained like a bowling green. |

| Empire Zoysia requires LESS Mowing Empire Zoysia requires much less mowing than other turf types. This cuts costs dramatically if you are hiring a mowing contractor, paying staff or doing it yourself. It also reduces carbon emissions from mowers. Even for a house research has shown that you can save up to $1,055.60 using Empire instead of Kikuyu and $609.60 using Empire instead of Couch. For commercial lawns imagine the savings!
